The Chaotic Bookshelf aims to provide high quality, beautiful products every time. That being said, sometimes things can go wrong. 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we want to rectify the issue as soon as possible. You can either send us an email at chaoticbookshelfau@gmail.com to start a return or start a self-serve return.

Please note: refunds/returns are not available on clearance items.
